Labour Candidate for Clifford, Waseem Hassan

Waseem Hassan, 56, has been a Stretford resident for nearly two decades – and a former lecturer in economics and PhD research scholar at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Waseem is a family man with two young children, in addition, he runs a successful marketing company and is currently serving as a governor at Woodhouse Primary School.

A committed Labour Party campaigner Waseem said he is humbled to be selected as a candidate for Clifford ward where he will be proud to serve such a wonderful, multicultural and diverse community.
